Suzy Shier Floral Dress

A gorgeous high low dress from Suzy Shier. Perfect for spring/summer. I bought it off of a buy and sell and it didn’t fit me :( it didn’t come with a belt, but has the loops for one. It has never been worn other than being tried on. There is a small part where the thread in the lace got snagged a bit as seen in the close up picture, but it is not very noticeable.
