Suzy Shier Rolled Sleeve/Sleeveless Top, Size Small

Suzy Shier, size small, stretchy top with rusching along the sides. This is a longer top that can be pulled up to enhance the rusching detail. It is a fitted shirt but the rusching does provide some forgiveness. Not enough for me. Never been worn but has been washed (no tags on garment). Great colours - navy blue, light blue, pink and slightly off white.
