Suzy Shier plaid dress

This plaid dress has two chest faux pockets and three brass buttons. There is the option to tie the sleeve up or leave them down and buttoned. A mix of navy, rust, white and dark brown plaid. The skirt is lined but the top is not, and is sheer, however I don't find it see-through.
