Suzy shier long asymmetric top

Worn two or three times for events, but I just don't wear it regularly enough. No stains or tears, like new condition. Has a shimmer on the roses that does not come off in basic laundering, no special washing required. Front sits just below crotch level at 5'3", back sits a bit below the bum. Not advised as a sweater dress except if maybe 5'0" or under, but works great with black short shorts or skirt.
