Swarovski Heart and Butterfly Pendant

There's a weird black mark on the metal back of the heart pendant (see picture). I'm not sure what it is and, unfortunately, haven't been able to get it off. You would never know from the front though. There are no scratches or defects on the crystal part of the heart.
