Sweatshirt With Pleated Shoulders

This is a beautiful, very high quality, unique sweatshirt. The true blue color can be seen in the first picture. It is a gorgeous color, a thicker material, and you could wear this out to dinner or to the office. The pleated shoulders really add a "dressy" component.
