Sweet Soul below knee cotton twill fitted skirt

Gorgeous black cotton twill skirt, made in Canada by Sweet Soul. Below knee length, slight flare at bottom. Very vintage/pinup look. Has black chiffon layer that peeks out below the twill. The ruffle and broach at back is detachable and the skirt can be worn without it. No signs of wear. EUC
