Sweet fish brooch signed "Artistic"

This little fishy looks ready to leap in the waves. Measures just over 2-1/2 inches from tip of nose to tip of tail. Black enamel on tarnish-free silvertone metal. I have done some research into the jewelry maker with this "Artistic" logo and the closest guess is that they operated in the U.K. for a short time in the 70s. That would make this piece not only vintage but quite unique!
