Sweet vintage red and white polka dot Sears dress

A very sweet vintage (70s?) red and white polka dot Sears dress (marked 'girls' but I wore it as about a size 6-8). The waist is shown unstretched here. Please see the measurements and ask questions if you have any! It has loops but does not have a waist tie or belt. Looks great belted with cowboy boots (with our without crinoline) for a western cowgirl look.
