Sweetest Vtg Little Girls’ Green Velvet Dress Lace Collar Back Buttons & Tie 6X

I so wish I had found this dress 2 years ago when I would have got my little girl. It is such a simple, sweet dress. Green velvet with a cute lace collar and embroidered bow on the front. Three button closure on the back along with a tie at back waist. Labeled size 6X. Shoulder to bottom hem: 27” Shoulder to wrist: 26.5” Waist (laid flat from side to side): 13” If you need more measurements please let me know. Brand is “The Right Stop”. Made in Philippines. 100% cotton. Seems to be in very good condition. No issues that I have noticed. Elastic at wrists is still nice and stretchy.
