Everything shown is included. Not all parts are there. In played with condition. It looks like the roof and floors have some minor sun bleaching to the plastic. The plastic floors have some stains due to the sun damage. The roof is also faded a bit. There are also some scratches and scuffs to the house. The house has been cleaned to the best of ability but still has some dirt and grime stuck in the hard to reach corners.
