Sylvester and the Magic Pebble, vintage children's soft cover book

Sylvester and the Magic Pebble by William Steig is a tale about a donkey who finds a magic pebble. This soft cover version is dated 1980. This book is in good used condition. There is a little wear at the corners, some marker lines inside the front cover, and someone has written "grade two" on the first page. Please see photos. Books measure 8.5" x 11".
