Sympli black dress with pleating at bottom to make a ballooning type style

Great dress. Typical packablely perfect. Trimmed cowl neck, midi sleeve so functional all year around. Great with runners shoes high heels and boots. Would come to your ankles 5’6”. New never worn but tags removed
