Super comfortable with lots and lots of stretch. I love the super high waisted jeans, with their subtle boot cut flare at the bottom, which balances out the hips very nicely. Can also fit size 10 but with a looser fit. Tag size is 12 and I think is accurate. These wonderful, comfort jeans are designed to fit! Measurements taken flat and without any stretching.
