Sz X Plus In Every Story Red Floral Blouse Unique Ruched & Bow Tied Cap Sleeves

Beautiful red tunic/blouse with small orange, black & pink floral pattern. Top is a v-neck button up but can likely easily be slipped on and off over your head without bothering with the buttons. The short cap sleeves are my favourite unique feature as they’re ruched up along the shoulder line and tied with a matching fabric bow at the shoulder. This garment has been pre-loved but is in excellent condition with no signs of wear, pilling, stains or rips. The tag said X but it seems more like a 1X to me so please read measurements carefully.
