This short sleeved mod top is in good used condition and looks adorable with a pencil skirt and kitten heels. TABI was a well known Canadian brand that closed in 2011. Their clothes were known for their good quality. 🐆Most of the used clothing items I sell have been washed in cold water and hung to dry. I don’t iron anything.
