TAKE 1/2 OFF! Stunning large antique brooch from Czechoslovakia-unsigned Neiger?

The gilded robin's egg blue stone is framed by 16 pieces of intricate filigree surrounded by brassy golden orbs. There is an additional layer of filigree underneath. The brooch measures just over 2" by about 1-1/2". A safety clasp hs been added - the original C clasp is still present, but it's secured and its pin is marked Czechoslovakia. Recent research has led me think this may be the work of the Czech designer Max Neiger, who with his brother Norbert ran a renowned jewelry business from 1905 to the late 30s. This piece is in very good shape for its age. There is an extremely tiny black mark on the stone. The finish has some patina, particularly on one spot on the back, but I think this is an attractive sign of its maturity! Because the filigree work is so fine, the shape and angle of all the pieces is somewhat inconsistent, but I also I find this part of the charm. I don't see any missing pieces.
