TALBOTS 90s VINTAGE LONG floral skit

This cute skirt is a US size 12 (90s sizing) but I’d say it would fit a S-M Flowy Waist Aprox - 30” Length Aprox - 37” Bottom/flare Aprox - 27” ***it has a darker red stain at the bottom of the front of the skirt , only visible in photos not much to the naked eye.
