TALBOTS TAN & RED COTTON HIGH WAISTED BARREL LEG ANKLE PANT / sz 10 fits smaller

These have a very cool, retro golfer feel. High waisted pants in cheerful plaid print in tan, white and red with a zip closure and side slit pockets. I'm labelling them barrel leg, as the leg is quite roomy at the thigh and narrows at the ankle, but not to the point of being tapered. Ankle length. 97% cotton, 3% spandex for a bit of stretch. From the size, style and label, I believe these to be vintage, but I'm not 100% sure. In excellent preloved condition. No flaws and little sign of wear. These are labeled size 10, but the waist is more like a 6 or 8 today. They are narrow waisted with room around the hip.
