TALULA Black Paneled/Bandage High Waist Mini Skirt

This skirt has been worn a SINGLE time to an event and as such, has not been washed. Because of this it is in store bought condition with ALL of the black color well retained with no fading or other damage. It is originally from aritzia although the tag has been removed (my bad habit).
