From Aritzia brand Talula. Excellent condition. Marked “small” however I’d say this fits more like a XXS. Feels like a cotton/elastane blend as it has a bit of stretch. One button second from the bottom has a cute skull design. Shown on 5’7” model, typically size small/extra small.
