One of my favourite skirts in my vintage collection. This is a 360 pleated skirt that is stunning from all angles - and with a tailored waist band with elastic sides, the skirt stays neat looking with out losing its flow of movement - an A plus, in twirl-ibilty. The print is beautiful with vibrant colours that goes well with even just a simply tee and sandals. The skirt is unlined, but solid enough not to be see through. Made in Canada.
