Lovely loose fit cotton poplin pants from Italian brand Tensione In. Elasticated at the back half of the waist. Pockets. Beautiful cotton fabric! I have a pair of pants very similar to this, and they are so comfy. They are definitely a bit sheer, which may or may not be your jam. Waist is 13 inches (unstretched) your mileage may vary depending on how tight you like your waistband, I'd say up to 15 inches, 16 max.
