I have been a manufacturer’s representative of eyewear and sun wear of which MCM is one of the collections my company manufacturer’s.This is authentic and leather was never mentioned. @posh_rmp I am very upset. Poshmark didn’t even ask for the receipt from me. They didn’t even contact me and approved your request. I am the manufacturer’s rep. I am angry this is AUTHENTIC AND A BUNCH OF GARBAGE. I have been a Zposh Ambassador and have 5⭐️ratings. I have asked them to escalate this case

@hershee5677 a return doesn’t mean u will have less stars i just don’t think it is real from my experience. but they way ur coming at me is def. rude. so you should just stop now. a return is a return just like any business out there. I have had a return on her as well bc the customer was 100% happy with her item.

if u don’t think that’s fair then don’t be a seller. again I even tried to tell u if u proved it’s real then I will keep it. but from my eyes it doesn’t look or feel like a real Mcm so if I have the opportunity to return for my $ back then I will do so. and u can relist it. but you will get a bad rating if you’re going to be rude.

and ur customers are the one giving you a rating not poshmark. it clearly states that i call me asap return the items within guidelines if I’m not 100% happy with my purchase and i am not. the inside is coming apart and again I just can’t trust that it is authentic. anyone can say something is real. even if i think something from Gucci itself is not of good quality or didn’t meet my expectations I will return it. it’s the nature of this business. ✌️

@posh_rmp First of all you tampered with the product. Secondly Poshmark does not take products back just because you are not happy. This was not reviewed properly and I am escalating it. You opened the case due to Authenticity which I have proof of pulled the product apart to try to return it and showed lousy pics.clearly you ARE NOT AN EXPERT ON AUTHENTICITY

@posh_rmp How do you expect someone to come across when you were questioning their credibility. You’re getting exactly what you should be getting. This is a matter of that more than just a business a business as .A return as A return kind of like you stated. Poshmark does not give refunds because somebody doesn’t like an item. I am still upset even the next day till we get to the bottom of this.
