It really is beautifully made, and is said to be inspired by the period motifs and rich decor of the 21st President Of the United States, Chester A. Arthur-(1881-85). And which will be forever distinguished by the early work of famed American artist and decorator "Louis Comfort Tiffany. This is gold plated and signed by artist on back of ornament. It is metal and has 2 stained glass red and blue windows on each side if the gild White House and an eagle sits towards the top of the ornament peering down sort of almost procuring the White House. The artistry in this ornament is just spectacular!! Amazing collectors item!!
