THEORY Blue Shiny Sleeveless Mini Dress

A vibrant royal blue sleeveless mini dress with a rounded feminine neckline, made of a lightweight fabric that drapes smoothly. Slightly stretchy straps. In very good preloved conditions; minor marks on the bottom (left front and back). Light wear under arms pits (see photos). The top has some creases that my crumby steamer couldn’t get out, when I pull it flat it looks slightly darker where the wrinkles are. I’m not sure if it’s a stain or if it just needs better steamer (see photos). Dog friendly, smoke free home. Size 0 Approx measurements: Ptp 17” (+/- 0.5”) Length straps to hem 39”
