THML Summer Tunic

Beautiful black and white tunic with pretty yellow birds and flowers embroidered on front and back. Tie neck as well as at back of dress. Can be tied loosely or more fitted. Drop waist. Pit to pit is 18". Length from shoulder to hem is approximately 32". Only worn two or three times. I forgot I had this and really contemplated on whether to let it go. It is so sweet!
