Very unique vintage chic ladies black velvet jacket by “ Tib of Montreal” . Gorgeous gold metallic detail on the front , cuffs and back of the jacket . Purple lining . Long sleeves , which measure aprox 20 1/2 inches . Across the chest , under arm to under arm measures aprox 19 inches . Length aprox 23 inches . Great condition , and truly a unique piece .
