TIBI NWT drapey suiting pull on short

NWT , never worn, pristine condition, freshly bought and couldn’t if the sizing was right or just a tad too small for the intended fit. I am a size 25 and the fit. Just wish it was a tad larger. Currently on sale at TIBI and retail now at 200$CA considering dollars conversion, shipping, taxes and custom fees.
