TIBI designer bonded PVC skirt. Super thick and somehow still comfortable and wearable. Designer magic. Size: 6 (maybe an 8... some stretch and a roomier waist. I would say I would not buy a skirt with 39’’ hips usually b/c that would be too snug but in this case, I kinda poured myself in and it was comfy) Waist: 31’’ Hips: 39’’ Length: 25 3/4’’ Condition: Good. A very slight crease down the front. One mark left from the crease that does not come out and a scratch near the hem. See pics.
