TLC DIY beaded necklace 12” hanging, 24” “chain” +1 mm beads 10 mm wide “chain” 35 mm long tassels- fringe Loose threads in the centre where there was some medallion? (I think) Loose thread in one spot (see pictures) Needs some TLC DIY magic! Pretty primary Red white and blue colours! New. Vintage. C. 1970s. Manufacturer’s defect.
