TLC RARE FIND NWOT Vintage Cloisonné Rainbow “M” monogram brooch pin 1” tall. From Artistic Canada c. 1970s-1990s. Lacquered cloisonné. Featuring a Colourful Happy Rainbow Hillside. Grass Green, sky blue, yellow sun, multicolor enamel. Gold tone base. Note: the clasp is missing the locking piece that turns. It will still hold via tension. But price is reduced regardless.
