Totaling 52 original teeth (26 per side of bill) are intact. Devoid of restorations. Extremely rare in this size, age, and overall condition. Approached by and temporarily granted to various endangered species organizations inclusive of the Sawfish Conservation Society (SCS) for analysis. More customary and diminutive specimens have previously sold in the $1500-$7000 price range prior to the illegalities of sale in 2003. Our heirloom was originally acquired from Christie's Auction House, London, prior to becoming an endangered species and listed within the Endangered Species Act in 2003.
