TOBI Shift Dress - Emerald Green - Worn 3 times

This was a fan favourite every time I wore it, which was to my uncles wedding and a formal at school. So total times worn 2. All dresses purchased will be washed or dry-cleaned before sending unless specified otherwise. All dresses have been worn under 5 times, some not at all :) I have problems… Enjoy! :)
