Beautiful burgundy/wine color shift dress with cut-out details from TOBI. Love, love this dress but it's too big on me now. Only worn once to a wedding! Super flattering and flowy, really nice light material. There are cut-outs on both sides of the dress at the top and hem, adding visual interest and just a peek of skin. Hidden back zipper. Falls just above the knees. Sz L. Excellent condition, no flaws.
