pinazakari Hi there! Thank you for your purchase of the robe and matching panties! I have shipped them but for some reason it’s taking quite a while for it to update. It’s been showing up as pending shipment scan for a few days now and I know the usps is pretty backed up with their packages. I’m sure it will be updating soon and it will start the tracking process.

pinazakari @marleana1 hi there! I just stopped by the post office to see what is going on with your package and they have sent it but for some reason it’s still not tracking it. This is so frustrating because I’ve never had this issue 😒 I’m hoping it hasn’t gotten lost or anything like that. I’ve also messaged poshmark and see what they have to say. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience 🙁 I will let you know when I find out more information

pinazakari I just found the shipping label in my email and typed the tracking number in the usps mobile app and it says it’s in pre-shipment. I had sent it on the 11th so hopefully it starts moving forward 😊

pinazakari Hi there! I called the usps today and spoke with a representative. They opened a case for me and once they find out more information someone from there will contact me hopefully soon. I will definitely continue to keep you updated

pinazakari Hi Marlena! I have an update on the package. I’m looking on my USPS app and it’s saying it arrived at the post office in south bound brook New Jersey. So I’m thinking it’s getting closer to be delivered to you 😊 I will continue to keep you updated
