spektrum @unique_chic_ Hey, thank you so much for the inquiry. The waist is 13" and the sideseams are 15". But sadly it seems the skirt has a bit of wear and I'm not sure you'd still want it. I'll post the pics. There is a bit of wear near the waist on the the left side, and the ties on the bottom left side have come unraveled to some extent. I'll sell it for $10 if you're interested still.
