What waist size does this fit? Is it true to size or small?

@sebandmama Hi! I would say they do fit true to size on a 27-28 waist (I am between a 28 and a 29 and they were slightly too small for me unfortunately). They are a very stretchy/skinny fit, which is what I was looking for to fit inside boots without any extra fabric/wrinkling.
