5econdhome @annacarpente379 hi! Yes they’re low rise (see my model in the last pic), I’d say there’s minimal stretch so it’d be better for someone closer to a size 27 (my size) though there is still a bit room in the thighs for me!

5econdhome @annacarpente379 hi! Just added measurements, waist is approx 14-14.5” laying flat. There’s also thigh and rise measurements in the photos. Inseam 32”. Hope that helps 😊
