This is a new with tags Torrid brand dress in size 4X. It is a bright orange color with a v-neck and short sleeves. The dress is made of a soft, stretchy fabric and has a flowy, A-line silhouette. It features a gathered detail at the neckline and two side pockets. There are no visible imperfections. Sz 4X. Measurements: 26” pit to pit, 9” sleeves, 43” shoulder to hem.
