This beautiful TULIP A-line shift dress is sleeveless with a round collar, midi length with a wavy hem slightly longer in the centre. It is 95% Cotton 5% Spandex in black, two-toned red, bright green, olive and yellow print of tulips and leaves..not quite as bright as the first photo. It is a Sz L or XL and the measurements taken flat are: P to P 23”, Waist 25”, Hem sweep is 46”, and the Length is approx. 41” on sides and 43” in the middle.
