rosedragoon8 @merchanthouse but I wouldn't have wasted my time putting in a low ball offer if I knew where there was a better estimate, hence why I asked because I didn't want to waste my or your time with the low offers I had. had I known where you were comfortable at price point I would have worked around that. but after this hassle I cannot be interested in purchasing from you.
