TUMI T-Tech Small crossbody bag with a VERY adjustable strap

Vintage late 90s, I think? High end brand. Multiple pockets compartments. Quite minor signs of wear (see photos). All functions / zips etc perfectly functional. Strap is hugely adjustable, which is an amazing plus. Max drop 30" (that's almost 5 ft of actual strap length!). Tightest setting approx 18" drop. (see pics) Unisex, of course.
