LABEL: PIONEER WEAR OF TEXAS  SIZE: Misses Medium COLOUR: Deep Turquoise lovely and hard to find. WAIST MEASUREMENT: 11 1/2 inches not stretched, from one side seam to other. 13 1/2 inches with the 2 side elastic panels stretched out. (Waist has hidden elastic for 4 inches on each side.) HIP MEASUREMENT: 21 1/2 inches from one side seam to other. LENGTH: 35 1/4 inches from waist to hem POCKETS: None LINED: Fully Lined 100% Nylon satin CLOSURE: Seven hidden metal dome snaps all the way down the front. LEATHER QUALITY/THICKNESS: Smooth soft suede leather, Quite thick, very durable. CONDITION: NEVER WORN, Undamaged. Kept in cloth garment bag in clean smoke free home. May have a small dimple where hanger was but this will go away and is at top where it doesn’t show. DETAILS: Entire front has snaps, you can open it skirt as high as you want. Remaining 12 inches is open.
