Tree is in very good condition. No hard usage etc. A bit of a buffed look in parts which is part of the original design. Tree is aprox 10” wide x 11.5” tall at widest and tallest parts. Holds many mini photos as shown. The small photo area is aprox 3/4” wide x 1-1/8” tall. Larger frames at bottom are aprox 1” wide x 1-5/8” tall. I have done my best to measure as exact as I can.
