I found your festival dress! I just love this breezy white linen blend knit halter neck dress by Tabula Rasa NY. It accentuates curves in the best way. This was given to me by a lovely friend. She is quite petite, so I am calling it an XS (even though the tag says small). Please check measurements for sizing. It is in VGUC with a few pulls in the knit fabric (from dancing 💃), which I pulled through and are not noticeable when wearing. Linen blend knit with 100% cotton lining.
