Tadashi Collection halter dress with empire waistband sash with bow and a layered skirt. This dress is so pretty and ethereal! It is a great option as a formal dress to be used to attend a wedding dress, prom dress, cocktail dress etc. It is in great condition but there are 2 spots that have some discoloration as can be shown in the photos.
