stunning fit and flare dress from Tadashi Shoji pleated criss cross bodice with fitted waist and pleated bottom PLS NOTE THIS DRESS IS NAVY BLUE on bottom, black on top ( Stock photo for fit) it feels like silk but is a poly/nylon/ spandex blend ( though maybe that is just the bodice). either way, it's gorgeous and feels beautiful on ptp 17 inches waist 16 inches length 41 inches Sz 8
