Tahari Black Cocktail dress Size 8

Designed by Arthur S. Levine, everything about this black Tahari classic cocktail dress looks expensive. The beautiful fabric is 100% polyester. It has shoulder pads and is completely lined including the long sleeves. It is empire-styled with a slight bit of gathering under the breasts and from there the dress falls straight to the hem. The neckline is scoop-shaped with a front keyhole opening that closes with a fabric-covered button. Two extra fabric-covered buttons are attached to an inside tag that states the dress is a size 8. The vertical front seams and the horizontal empire seam are figure flattering. Because it is empire styled, it falls straight from chest to hips to hem.
