Brand new Tahari sheer ruffled blouse with tags still attached V-neckline, ruffled 3/4 sleeves - perfect for the office but unfortunately too tight around my chest :( Size S but could fit M if you have a smaller chest Tiny snag at the top near the tag but not noticeable and can be easily repaired
